About the job
As a Process Engineer you are responsible for your own installations and ensure efficient production. You perform analyses of the current processes and actively seek opportunities to optimize them. You identify bottle necks and come up with practical solutions. The site is in a transformation, where you play an important role in the transition from the old equipment to brand new automated lines. This is a challenging task, as you will help ensure the successful start-up and streamlining of these new production lines.
Job requirements
You are a graduate in a technical field. You are pragmatic and have a strong commitment to the production process. You like to consult with others and know exactly how to optimize the processes. With your analytical mindset, you quickly identify problems and come up with effective solutions. You also ensure that the operators are adjusted where necessary, and you give clear instructions to keep everyone on track. You maintain an overview and work towards becoming the expert in your installations in time.
