About the job

They are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who will work closely with colleagues from various departments in a dynamic production environment to ensure the continuity and reliability of the production facilities.
Position
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you ensure that maintenance work can be carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You review work requests, convert them into well-prepared work orders, and ensure that all necessary materials, documentation, resources, and safety measures are available in a timely manner. In addition, you coordinate maintenance work with the relevant departments, coordinate external partners as needed, and contribute to efficient maintenance planning and the optimal deployment of technicians. You monitor the work and report on the results and areas for improvement.
Job requirements
- You have a technical degree or equivalent experience.
- You have extensive technical knowledge of systems and maintenance.
- You’re good at planning, organizing, and working in a structured way.
- You can write clear work instructions.
- You are able to set priorities and justify them.
- You work proactively and take the initiative.
- You are cost-conscious and quality-oriented.
- You have experience with a maintenance management system.
