At this moment, Stroom works together with a Brussels based scale up who are actively recruiting a Customer Service Officer. The company’s European organization is only 6 years in the making and is about 40 people strong. Year on year growth means that the challenge is not only in accurate service delivery but operational efficiency and process optimization. They have a lovely product btw, petlovers are welcome.
In your function, you will be part of a team of three and directly report to the Customer Service Manager. A person who is people – minded and someone who will guide you in your career.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the order entry from A – Z. Having a close collaboration with the warehouse and transportation team enables you to respond customer needs, who typically change last minute. Customer mindedness is crucial. Correct and accurate documentation is important for on time in full delivery. Last but not least: you will participate in optimization projects, for example: EDI – implementations.
