Stroom is a specialized recruitment agency with more than 40 consultants working from 4 offices in Belgium and the Netherlands. Our professionals combine experience from the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering or Procurement business with recruitment knowledge and studies within organizational psychology. Our goal is to provide answers to all recruitment challenges our clients face, both for permanent positions and interim management projects.

With over 15 years of combined experience in the industry, Strooming focuses on technical specialists and management profiles in maintenance projects, safety and production.
