We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who will work from their headquarters in the Kempen region. Due to strategic acquisitions and investments, the organization today consciously chooses to focus on a more overarching structure. We are looking for someone with a broad experience within Customer Service Management to bring future-oriented structure and a critical look at the current set-up. Your focus will be on implementing and optimizing processes and establishing a clear structure that can serve as a blueprint for the other branches. We are looking for a manager who can define the course, but who can also take the team along in a story of change, in other words, a strong people manager. Here you really build the future! In this role you will report to the Supply Chain Director and be part of the Management Team.
– Master’s degree or equivalent by experience
– You have experience in bringing structure to a dynamic environment and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
– You have experience in contexts going through transition and have a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
