As Supply Chain Manager EMEA – Spare Parts, you will play a key role in positioning the organisation as the industry benchmark through outstanding end-to-end spare parts management for their solutions & products.
This new created role plays a crucial part in shaping customer satisfaction, driving spare parts growth, ensuring availability, and optimising costs ultimately strengthening long-term customer relationships. It blends hands-on regional leadership across EMEA covering inventory, service responsiveness, replenishment, and customer orders with global ownership of strategy, procurement, catalogue and lifecycle management, forecasting, and inventory performance.
- You Provide strategic oversight of the complete spare parts supply chain, ensuring optimal performance across procurement, replenishment, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and customer service.
- This role drives strategic initiatives that enhance cost control, cash flow, and service quality in spare parts operations throughout EMEA and globally.
- You collaborate closely with other departments—including Regional Supply Chains, Operations, Sales, Service, and Finance—to ensure supply chain processes are aligned with overall business strategy and support group-wide initiatives.
- You coach and mentor diverse teams across the region, fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- You will anticipate potential supply chain challenges and design effective mitigation plans to maintain smooth operations.
- You lead the identification and implementation of initiatives that improve team efficiency, performance, and quality, creating excellent customer experience.
- The role oversees a team of about five professionals and has a direct reporting line to the VP of Operations & After Sales.
Job vereisten
- You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- You have a proven track record in leading and optimising end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Spare parts management experience is a significant plus, including familiarity with catalogue and lifecycle management, obsolescence planning, and demand forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills; able to inspire, coach, and manage diverse teams across regions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
- Strong project management skills, including process improvement, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, capable of working across functions and cultures.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset, committed to operational excellence and delivering a superior customer experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance cost, service, and cash considerations in decision-making.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, and any additional language skills will be highly valued.
