With a Masters in labour and organisational psychology degree in his pocket, Tim has 10 years of recruitment experience in the engineering world. After 3 years of HR at an international player in the crude oil and products trade, he found his way to Stroom. With his skills to make people grow and improve, making business processes more efficient and his focus on long-term relationships, he is today developing the engineering department as Managing Partner of Strooming with his team. The objective with Strooming is to become and remain a reliable partner for companies in need of technically qualified people.
