Understanding human behaviour fascinated Anke from a young age. Later, her interest in joining the police also blossomed. This ambition was on her list for a long time. In the end, she chose to study Criminology. Her professional career started in counselling juvenile delinquents with the aim of successfully reintegrating them into society. This experience was a tough but very nice learning experience. After several years, Anke noticed that her search for fulfilment no longer entirely resided within this field. With mixed feelings, she decided to explore other horizons and eventually ended up in the world of recruitment. Contact with people and the pursuit of the perfect match are now the source of continuous satisfaction in her life.
