Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to support the development and growth of its business.
As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the logistics facility. You ensure that incoming products are received, stored, and delivered to customers on time, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
You lead a team of several dozen employees by fostering open communication, a strong team spirit, and an efficient organization. As an inspiring leader, you rally your teams around shared, ambitious goals while creating a stimulating and collaborative work environment.
Driven by a strong culture of continuous improvement, you analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement concrete initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service quality, and the site’s profitability. You foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within your teams.
Job requirements
- You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or have equivalent experience.
- You have several years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills.
- You have excellent analytical skills and are capable of leading continuous improvement projects.
- You are known for your attention to detail, your organizational skills, and your excellent communication skills.
