About the job
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our client to take one of their key sites to the next level. We are looking for someone with extensive experience within a manufacturing environment who is able to handle and manage change. The organization has a clear strategy for the coming years in which a lot of change needs to be implemented. We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills who can get people moving and drive a story of change, making a crucial contribution to the further growth of their supply chain structure. You will work closely with the plant manager, and from your experience you can really make your mark on the further professionalization and growth of this site.
Job requirements
- Master thinking and reasoning skills
- Experience within Supply Planning Management in a manufacturing environment is a must (impact changeover times etc. on planning)
- Strategic acumen and strong analytical skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Experience in managing teams and strong people management experience is a must. Intention is to really work from a One Team mentality and bring the teams closer together.
- Dutch and English
