To support the organization’s continued growth and professionalization, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will have the freedom and responsibility to further structure the supply chain, optimize processes, and develop a forward-looking operational framework.

About the job

As Supply Chain Manager, you will have broad responsibility for the entire supply chain and will lead a team of 6 FTEs. In this role, you will report directly to the COO and play a key role in further structuring and professionalizing the supply chain.

  • You combine a hands-on approach with a big-picture perspective and ensure that processes are not only designed but also effectively implemented.
  • You oversee the entire supply chain process, from planning and procurement to inventory management and customer service. You make adjustments as needed and ensure the right balance between product availability, service levels, costs, and inventory.
  • You will build an effective partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers and ensure smooth coordination between Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • You’ll take ownership of operational challenges and ensure that decisions and actions are effectively followed through.
  • You analyze relevant KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvement actions and decisions.

Job requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, or Operations, preferably including several years in a managerial role.
  • You have experience setting up or managing an S&OP or IBP process and know how to translate commercial expectations into concrete production, inventory, and planning decisions.
  • You have strong analytical skills and know how to translate data and KPIs into concrete actions and improvements.
  • You have a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset. You take ownership, aren’t afraid to tackle challenges, and feel comfortable in an environment where there is still room to further develop structure and processes.
  • You are a seasoned people manager who can lead, motivate, and guide a team through change, communicating effectively and moving seamlessly between operational and strategic stakeholders.
  • You have a solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems and Excel, and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
