About the job
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating the entire process, from order placement to delivery to the customer (inventory management, supplier follow-up, customer follow-up, etc.). You serve as the link between international suppliers, manufacturing partners, internal departments, and customers:
- You coordinate orders with suppliers and closely monitor delivery schedules.
- You monitor inventory levels and align the schedule with the organization’s needs.
- You will monitor national external production partners and visit them regularly.
- You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance to ensure a smooth product flow.
- You manage product data and processes in Odoo.
- You actively contribute ideas on process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- In this role, you will report to the CEO.
Job requirements
- You have a master’s degree or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through relevant experience.
- You have five years of work experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, production planning, or a related field.
- You have a good understanding of operational processes and know how to effectively coordinate various stakeholders.
- You work independently and in an organized manner, take initiative, and maintain a clear overview of priorities and deadlines.
- You get a boost from optimization and improvement projects.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems is important. Knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
