Therefore, we are looking for a Supervisor Logistics Administration who not only manages a team, but also plays an active role in optimizing and future-proofing the logistics administration.
About the job
As Supervisor Logistics Administration, you will manage a team of administrative staff and ensure the smooth, correct and efficient operation of the logistics administration.
In addition, you play an important role in optimizing processes. You will identify improvement opportunities, supervise change processes and collaborate on digitization and automation projects that will prepare the department for the future.
You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, combining operational commitment with a clear focus on efficiency and growth.
Job requirements

- Experience in a leadership or coordinating role within logistics, supply chain or administration.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach.
- Affinity with process optimization, change management and digitalization.
- A coaching leadership style and strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
