For a dynamic player with an international character, we are looking for a Quality Manager. In this role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring quality and food safety standards. You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining key certifications, such as BRC and IFS, and continuously improving the processes within the organization. About the job

  • Manage, evaluate and update quality documentation with a view to maintaining relevant certifications (BRC, IFS…).
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Handle customer and vendor complaints.
  • Conduct and follow up on risk assessments within the organization.
  • Follow the prevention policy.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary quality team.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with minimum 5 experience in a quality position, preferably within the food industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of BRC, IFS and auditing.
  • Experience in managing a team, combined with strong communication and coaching skills.
  • You work in a planned, structured and solution-oriented manner.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently.
  • You feel at home in a hands-on environment where there is plenty of room for initiative.
