For our client, an established player in Europe because of its broad segment of food products, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor in the Antwerp region .
About the job
You create a safe working environment and are responsible for the development and follow-up of your team. Ensuring quality within production speaks for itself. Monitoring the production planning is also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, production costs must be monitored and you look at the continuous improvement and optimization of the production process. You report to the Production Manager and take over the operational management of the plant in case of absence. The position has a direct impact on the KPIs of the entire plant as well as the service level to customers
Job requirements
- You have at least 3 years of relevant leadership experience within a manufacturing context.
- You have a proactive attitude and actively think about improvements and optimizations.
- You communicate clearly and articulately and have the ability to move quickly on production issues.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
