About the job
We are looking for a Production Planner for a stable and growing organization— someone who maintains a clear overview, thinks ahead, and ensures that people, materials, and capacity are optimally aligned.
As a Production Planner, you serve as the link between planning, production, logistics, and other internal stakeholders. You translate forecasts and volumes into a feasible production schedule and make adjustments as needed.
Specifically:
- You translate the demand into a realistic production plan, both for the short and long term.
- You ensure effective coordination between available capacity, raw materials, and production times.
- You keep a close eye on scheduled deliveries and anticipate any disruptions to the schedule.
- You use data to support the planning process and make adjustments as needed.
- You’ll work with ERP and planning tools on a daily basis and contribute ideas on further digitization and process improvement.
- You ensure a clear flow of information and regularly coordinate with production, purchasing, sales, logistics, and IT.
Job requirements
We are looking for an analytical and proactive planner who enjoys taking on responsibility and thrives in a dynamic production environment.
- You have a professional bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- You have experience as a planner in a production environment.
- You have strong skills in ERP systems, planning, and data.
- You think logically, in a structured way, and are focused on problem-solving.
- You are proactive and aren’t afraid to make decisions when necessary.
- You communicate effectively and know how to get various stakeholders on board.
- You’re hands-on, flexible, and love to really make a difference.
- You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
