About the job
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of production. You combine strong leadership skills with a distinct technical affinity and are able to make an impact both strategically and operationally. You will ensure that production planning is carried out efficiently.
Thanks to your technical affinity, you are able to thoroughly analyze production problems and come up with sustainable solutions together with the team. In this role, you work closely with other teams to ensure processes are well aligned.
Job requirements
- You have a higher technical education or equivalent through experience
- You have experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- You combine strong people management skills with a hands-on mentality
- You have a keen technical interest and can understand and improve process content
- You are analytical, results-oriented and take initiative
- You communicate fluently and know how to connect and enthuse teams
