About the job
As Production Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of the production process. You ensure that production activities are organized efficiently, monitor the implementation of the schedule, and oversee compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency objectives.
In addition, you will take an active role in coaching and developing employees and translate the organization’s strategic objectives into concrete actions on the job. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and contribute to the continued professionalization and continuity of the production environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role within an organization where initiative, a sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurship are highly valued.
Job requirements
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
- You are a people manager with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
