For a growing international player in the Waasland region, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Production Planner. In this versatile role you are the pivot between production, logistics and administration. Thanks to your planning talent and structured approach, everything runs smoothly – from incoming orders to the timely delivery of the right products.
Reporting to the Production & Planning Manager, you will join a fine, close-knit team where team spirit, transparent communication and job satisfaction are key.
About the job
- You establish smooth, realistic production schedules and make adjustments as needed.
- You liaise with internal teams as well as external partners to coordinate everything logistically.
- You actively think about smarter processes and more efficient workflows.
- You will ensure correct administrative flow in the ERP system.
- You prepare transport and customs documents according to proper regulations.
- You will provide support with administrative tasks within the supply chain team.
Job requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience within production planning, supply chain or logistics.
- You are a born organizer: stress resistant, accurate and planned.
- You have a hands-on mentality and like to think of solutions.
- You work fluently with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of an ERP system? Nice touch!
- You speak fluent Dutch and can express yourself well in English.
