About the job
You are the central point of contact for the logistics organization and ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. No two days are the same and that’s what gives you energy.
- You plan and coordinate transports within the Benelux
- You prepare the daily schedule for technicians in charge of maintenance and repairs at customers’ premises
- You continuously coordinate with production and sales to organize deliveries and interventions optimally
- You respond quickly to changes and unexpected situations
- You monitor the overview and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved
Job requirements
You are someone who can work independently and does not shy away from responsibility. You think ahead, keep a cool head and switch gears quickly when necessary.
- You work proactively and see work even before it presents itself
- You are precise and maintain structure even under pressure
- You are stress-resistant and can handle last-minute changes
- You communicate fluently and enjoy working with different teams
- You have a good knowledge of French (necessary!)
