About the job
As the right hand of the production manager, you will take charge of the daily operations of the production department. You manage a team, coach employees and ensure a clear structure and cooperation on the shop floor. You are responsible for drawing up and following up the production planning and ensure that it is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, you have a keen eye for improvement. You actively think about optimizations, both within the production processes and in the planning, and convert improvement actions into concrete results. You monitor progress and intervene where necessary to streamline operations.
In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure proper coordination to create an efficient and performing organization.
