For a reputable and innovative manufacturer within the food industry, we are looking for an experienced Process Engineer who likes to make an impact.
In this key role, you will have the opportunity to make production processes smarter, more efficient and sustainable. You will combine technical expertise with a strong improvement mentality and play an important role in the continued growth and modernization of the organization.
You combine technical expertise with a strong focus on improvement and optimization. From your experience you analyze processes, identify opportunities and drive improvement and investment initiatives that contribute to a more efficient and future-oriented production environment.
Besides the technical part, you are also an important sparring partner for colleagues. You share your expertise, guide less experienced engineers and help build a culture of continuous improvement. Safety, quality and sustainability are self-evident for you and are the common thread throughout everything you do.
Job requirements
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
- You have a solid background within a manufacturing environment
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer
- You are entrepreneurial, enjoy taking responsibility and feel at home in an environment where initiative and result-oriented work are valued.
- Your strong communication skills enable you to get people on board with change and improvement projects.
