Different regions, different business units and different cultures. Our client has a decentralized supply chain organization and in this role as Supply Chain Project Manager you will responsible for implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in these different BU’s. Main focus will be on introducing and implementing end-2-end supply chain planning (SIOP, master planning, rough cut capacity planning, …) and optimizing ERP – & planning tool setup and usage.
It is mainly an MTO business with a very heavy upstream supply chain, which makes inventory management and obsolete stock reduction extra challenging.
