We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a company specialized in the distribution of pharmaceutical products to further develop the growth of the national and international activities.

The Operations Manager will oversee the logistics operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that the logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the high standards expected in the pharmaceutical industry. You will manage a team of 60 employees with 10 direct reports. One of the main focus areas will be customer centricity. Additionally, optimizing and improving processes and maintaining a lean mindset is very crucial. You are part of the Management team and will report to the Operations Director.
Job vereisten
- Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent through experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations/people management. Within the pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics sector is a plus;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Lean mindset;
- French and English are a must. Dutch is a plus.
