Job inhoud
- Is responsible for all operational aspects of the Tecnolimit business, including Logistics/Warehousing, Planning, Purchasing, Production and Facility Management.
- Provides direct leadership to a team consisting of Warehouse Operators, an Operational Buyer and a Production Supervisor.
- Ensures that finished products (Points of Presence, Street Cabinets) and their spares are delivered on time, in full; motivates the team to achieve high standards of safety and quality.
- Develops productivity initiatives, both internally as well as in the supply base, to improve the cost competitiveness of our products.
- Organizes the end-to-end supply chain such that desired levels of lead time/flexibility are realized with minimum investments in working capital.
- Supports the engineering department during the development of new products.
- Properly documents internal processes; takes ownership of the ERP system and governs data accuracy and transactional discipline.
- Monitors performance based on KPI’s and drives a culture of continuous improvement; well acquainted with relevant tools and methodologies e.g. 5S. , Lean,…
- Inspires and develops the team; ensures people are properly trained.
Job vereisten
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in the manufacturing industry
- You are a strong people manager who knows how to inspire and motivate his/her team.
- You have a strategic, analytical, hands-on and pragmatic mindset.
- You have very strong project management skills and maintain a helicopter view at all time.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferable Odoo.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
