In this role you will manage the overall European demand and supply planning activities, ensuring maximum customer service/ satisfaction across the different channels: Stores, eCommerce & Direct Sales.

• You define the supply & demand planning strategy, in line with the supply chain and the company’s business goals.
• You identify and address forecast improvement opportunities in collaboration with your team members for both short-term and long-term forecasts.
• You develop accurate KPIs, processes and models to control and improve the performance.
• You secure inventory levels, stock purchases and forecasting. You guarantee all stocks are allocated to the right location and budget inventory targets are met. You manage the flow planning, measure and improve accuracy, and prevent out-of-stock.
• You develop phase-in/ phase-out schedule plans for new product introduction. Provide input to scheduling and orders analysts performance reviews.
• You work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy, achieve the sales objectives and reduce the risk of excessive and obsolete inventory.
• You provide coaching and support to your team members (5 direct reports and 10 indirect) to enhance their skills and career development. You will report to the Supply Chain Director.
