Support running operations with their implemented SDS in-house developed CELLO WMS in Europe and CIS. Acting as the first point of contact for on-site super-users; • Support new warehouse set-ups with the implementation WMS, including Unit testing and UAT coordination; • Align and understand new business requirements converting them into WMS innovations/improvements; • Retain, together with your team, a virtual team of super-users who share cross site knowledge, experiences and enhancements; • Coordinate User Authorities, Service and Change requests; • Coordinate and facilitate testing of system enhancements; • Training of future super-users; • Gather information regarding new processes, IT systems or trends in the market in order to have up to date knowledge.
