- The Logistics Transformation function within division Parts and Services Logistics is responsible for supply chain engineering – developing processes to become a best-in-class supply chain organization and to improve our customers’ productivity and success.
- We are now looking for a new Process Support Specialist with a focus on warehousing, Blue Yonder WMS configuration process documentation and training. - Able to support senior process owners in process design and implementation
- To act as a subject matter expert in your field of expertise.
- To support and train logistics operations around the globe, and audit processes and documentation to ensure adherence to our common ways of working.
- Able to manage process changes is part of your responsibility, as is requesting IT changes and conducting user acceptance testing.
- To succeed in this role, you need to be a specialist in warehousing processes, WMS configuration in Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete), and you use your knowledge and experience to support the WMS-TMS project core team in configuring and testing the WMS. A large portion of your work is done participating in and sometimes leading projects.
