Logistics Cost Control:
You will act as contact person for the logistics operations in order to answer any questions or issues regarding performance and master data. Processing the logistics Costs and creating invoices towards our customers will be one of the main activities. Your strong excel and analytical skills will be required to analyze Logistics data (KPI’s, Trends, Actual vs. Budget, forecast). In addition to performing analysis you will be responsible for creating standardized reports that will be sent to the applicable stakeholders.

Data management and reporting:
In this role you will perform Logistics Cost Control activities like tariff master data management, logistics costs booking and allocation, and manage exceptional logistics costs in order to manage all Logistics Costs centrally and achieve cost-benefits. Month end is a busy time as you will need to finalize Logistics Cost Control activities in order to meet the closing deadlines.

Project Management:
Part of the role also includes participation in projects. You may be requested to provide logistics data analysis to the Strategy team in order to support management decisions.
