Your role:

Your responsibilities:
Integrated within the Supply Chain team of the France Benelux Italy Iberia region, also called F+, your missions (if you accept them) will revolve around three main axes:

Your responsibilities:
Integrated within the Supply Chain team of the France Benelux Italy Iberia region, also called F+, your missions (if you accept them) will revolve around three main axes:
- Operational: Manage customer orders from receipt to invoicing with all the pitfalls that this entails;
- Management of customer and transport issues with the aim of satisfying our customers as much as possible and quickly;
- Customer performance monitoring: analysis, cost monitoring and monthly discussion points with our customers.
Below are examples of your future responsibilities:
- Control of the correct import and update of orders in our systems,
- Inventory management in the ERP (stock allocation and regulation, consistency between physical stock and theoretical stock, etc.),
- Followup of invoicing in the ERP,
- Main point of contact regarding orders for our logistics provider and our customers,
- Followup and placing of orders for our field sales representatives and various services,
- Followup of promotional orders,
- Advanced configuration of the computer system (customers/items/orders),
- Contestation of disputes/penalties,
- Identification of areas for development and/or optimization of our current processes,
- You will also be in regular contact with our logistics provider, as well as our customers.
