he Warehouse Supervisor role is located in the European Distribution Center in Born. Key activities include:
- Monitoring daily and weekly operational progress against forecast and KPI’s and acts on bottle necks and underperformances;
- Frequent communication with transport department on improvements and bottle necks;
- Weekly communication with temp agency regarding employee performance, scale up/down of flex pool and improvements;
- Contribute to and share ideas for continuous improvement;
- Leading smaller operational change project and actively participate in/contribute to big change projects;
- Managing a warehouse shift and the team;
- Actively contribute to teambuilding and employee development, have frequent 1:1 session with reports, team meetings and absences follow-up to ensure high performance;
- Involvement in projects;
- Support warehouse manager when needed.
