The Warehouse Supervisor is part of the Operations team located in our Spare Parts location in Tilburg. Key activities of the Warehouse Supervisor are:
 Monitoring daily and weekly operational progress against forecast and KPI’s and acts on bottle necks and underperformances;
 Frequent communication with transport department and carrier on improvements and bottle necks;
 Daily communication with (internal) customer on requests regarding performance and/or solutions;
 Weekly communication with in-house temp agency regarding employee performance, scale up/down of flex pool and improvements;
 Contribute to and share ideas for continuous improvement;
 Leading smaller operational change project and actively participate in/contribute to big change projects;
 Actively contribute to teambuilding and employee development, have frequent 1:1 session with reports, team meetings and absent follow-up;
 Involvement in projects.
 Support warehouse manager when needed
