The SP Warehouse Supervisor role is located in the European Distribution Center in Born. Key activities include:
 Monitoring daily and weekly operational progress against forecast and KPI’s and acts on bottle necks and underperformances;
 Frequent communication with transport department on improvements and bottle necks;
 Weekly communication with temp agency regarding employee performance, scale up/down of flex pool and improvements;
 Contribute to and share ideas for continuous improvement;
 Leading smaller operational change project and actively participate in/contribute to big change projects;
 Managing a warehouse shift and the team;
 Actively contribute to teambuilding and employee development, have frequent 1:1 session with reports, team meetings and absences followup to ensure high performance;
 Involvement in projects;
 Support warehouse manager when needed.
