Manage a team of 10-15 technicians, who are working hard to make sure the automation systems, the building and installations are in perfect state. Addressing technical challenges, optimizing machine & installation performance and embed this in preventive maintenance plans.
Lead, coach, and motivate the technical team to achieve optimal performance, with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
Facilitate participation in ongoing training and development programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the team, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and embedding new technologies.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities, including analysis of maintenance data, to provide feedback for continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and policies.
Act as a key point of contact between the team of technicians, suppliers, internal stakeholders, emphasizing the promotion of a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and performance.
Key responsibilities include managing maintenance contracts, conducting monthly and quarterly reviews with suppliers (supplier vendor rating), and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
