• Manage the team of Logistics Engineers of around 10 team members.
• You and your team are responsible for the development and realization of best-in-class warehouse solutions for new business opportunities and large redesigns of our existing warehouse operations.
• Listening to and understanding complex customer needs to advise the customers, internal teams, and management on the best logistic solutions.
• Setting and maintaining standards; developing the engineering toolkit.
• Developing and maintaining relationships at all levels within the organization (both nationally and internationally) to become a trusted (technical) solutions advisor for internal and external customers, working closely with stakeholders to determine priorities and roadmap.
• Drive innovation and mechanization solutions in our warehouses by continuously monitoring the market to identify new opportunities and gain competitive advantages. Participate in the purchase process of warehouse equipment.
• You will report to the Director Logistics Engineering.
