PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manage the day-to-day operation and improve the rapidly growing Benelux web shop logistics flow to maximize customer satisfaction. KEY ACTIVITIES  Daily alignment with carriers, warehouse, customer service in close cooperation with Samsung Electronics Benelux (SEBN)  Daily status checks on delivery orders  Return management  Pro-active follow-up on issues  Seeking for process improvements and share them with management  Claim management  Keeping a close eye on multiple logistics-driven KPI’s and pro-active follow-up  Being part of internal / external operational meetings  Act as a back-up for and/or support other E-commerce logistics coordinator PROFILE For this role within the Benelux Logistics team, we are looking for a candidate who is customer-driven and has the willingness and enthusiasm to solve issues to maximize customer satisfaction. The candidate has a strong hands-on mentality, is persistent, and a flexible problem-solver. Furthermore, he/she has experience in supply chain setup, distribution, warehousing, and/or e-commerce. Our ideal candidate has strong communication, persuasion, and analytical skills and is solution-oriented.
