As Teamlead, you are operationally responsible for managing your team (10-20 employees). You are the point of contact on the floor and empower your employees. You divide and coordinate the activities on a daily basis, with the aim of effectively carrying out all the work in the warehouse. Together with the Supervisor, you schedule staff at the place where the employee can do his best work. Main activities: – You encourage the team with positive energy; – Coordinating the daily activities; – Scheduling with staff; – Monitoring quality (including compliance with work instructions and procedures, both operational and focused on aspects of quality, health, environment and safety); – Providing input to Supervisor for the planning, progress and assessment interviews; – Participating in improvement projects.
