A consultant from Stroom will contact you quickly. We briefly discuss who you are, what you are looking for and why you are interested in the position.

Current makes shortlist
Each week we review all applications and shortlist the candidates who are the best fit for the position. If you are selected, we will invite you for a more detailed interview.

Interview with Stroom
In this interview, we take time to get to know each other better. We discuss the position, the company and expectations. You can ask all your questions and we provide more information about the role and the work environment.

Introduction to the customer
If we think there is a good match between you and the position, we will present your profile to the company's hiring manager.

Client interview
The hiring manager will invite you for an on-site interview. Here you get a chance to experience the company culture and see if the position suits you. The client assesses whether you are the right person for the role.

Contract negotiation
Congratulations, it's a match! We'll make sure the negotiations go smoothly. We've already talked to the company about your salary expectations, so in this final step we make sure everything is in order and you can sign your contract with confidence.
