Like many sports enthusiasts, Roel once dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player and playing at the highest level. Due to a (serious) lack of footballing skills, it soon became clear that his future was to be found elsewhere. Fortunately, Roel is a pure team player with a great interest in Supply Chain & Logistics. This came in useful during his studies in Global Supply Chain Management where his passion for the field really came into its own. It turned out quickly that a career in recruitment suited him 100%. At STROOM Roel ended up in an absolutely fantastic team specialized in recruitment and Supply Chain. It may not have been soccer at the highest level, but at STROOM they play the Champions League every day.
