Meet Kato Tops

Kato holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven, with a strong interest in how people and organizations can best work together. At Stroom, she reinforces the logistics team as a Research Consultant. Social, inquisitive and always up for a good conversation, she gets energy from discovering what drives people and how talents come into their own. For Kato it is not only about finding the right match, but also about building lasting relationships between professionals and companies. Kato loves challenges, both in her work and after hours. On her surfboard, she balances unexpected turns and gets carried away by the waves. She enjoys diving into the sea to discover other worlds and prefers to travel to places and cultures where she can learn and meet new people. In short, Kato goes into everything enthusiastically, with a smile, a good dose of curiosity and a healthy portion of energy.
