We are looking for a hands-on Trade Operations Assistant / Coordinator for an organization active in international trading.
In this role, you will support the administrative and operational follow-up of international trade files. You will help ensure the proper processing of orders, shipping documents, invoices, and payment documentation, and make sure that files are tracked accurately and in a timely manner.
You’ll be in contact with freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, customers, suppliers, and colleagues within the company. You’ll monitor deadlines, track documents, and help ensure that international shipments run smoothly from an administrative standpoint.
We are looking for someone who works in an organized manner, thinks on their feet, and has an eye for detail. Experience in international trade, export/import, logistics administration, or trade operations is important. Preferably, you have experience with international documentation and payment processes.
