About the job

In this role, you will take charge of a quality department – about 15 employees with 3 direct reports – and watch over compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction. You investigate complaints, translate them into structural improvements and initiate projects that make processes more efficient and sustainable. By means of internal audits and data-driven analyses, you trace trends and opportunities for improvement, always seeking cooperation with production, logistics and suppliers. In this way you function as a connecting link between different departments and external partners, with the aim of achieving a continuously higher standard of quality and customer orientation.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree and at least several years of experience in a technical or quality-oriented environment.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 standard and quality management systems is a strong asset (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • You have strong analytical skills and can turn problems into sustainable solutions.
  • You are communicatively strong and know how to motivate colleagues.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and process optimization is a plus.
