Our client in Ghent, an international player known for its delicacies, is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor.
About the job
As Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the efficient running of production. You supervise and support a team of 25 operators and ensure that set objectives are met. In cooperation with other production supervisors you contribute to a smooth transfer of tasks and processes.
You will join a rapidly growing plant where you will have the opportunity to contribute to its continued expansion. You will be actively involved in various optimization projects focused on safety, quality and efficiency.
Job requirements
- Someone with already some experience as a manager within production
- A true hands-on People manager who knows how to motivate and inspire his/her team
- Someone with a bachelor’s degree with a strong desire to learn and develop within and manufacturing environment
- Someone who is a problem-solver
