As a Process Improvement Analyst, you support the daily operations of the teams by making performance transparent and identifying opportunities for improvement. You analyze data, processes, and KPIs and translate these insights into concrete actions that increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You help teams understand root causes and set up improvement initiatives. In this way, you contribute to continuous improvement by supporting data-driven decision-making and embedding improvements in a sustainable way. In addition, you play an active role in the further digitalization of processes.
