About the job
As Plant Manager You are responsible for full operational management. You will ensure efficient and quality production, with a strong focus on safety, cost control and continuous improvement. By implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, you will ensure process optimizations, minimize waste and increase efficiency. In addition, you will work closely with the quality department to ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards. Finally, I am looking for a strong people manager – you lead and motivate your employees and you encourage a culture of growth, collaboration and result-oriented work.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree;
- At least 6 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment;
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams;
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and process optimization;
- Analytically strong and able to make data-driven decisions;
- Knowledge of ERP.
