For a strong, international player within the food sector, we are looking for an experienced Plant Manager.
About the job
As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations (+100 employees) and rolling out the long-term strategy. Challenges include optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards and managing budgets. By translating strategic objectives into concrete actions, specific challenges are addressed and relationships with suppliers and customers are maintained. In addition, the focus is on continuous improvement to strengthen the overall performance of the plant and optimize operating results.
Job requirements
- Bachelor/master opleiding;
- At least 7 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the food/FMCG sector;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and innovation;
- Demonstrated experience in bringing structure within complex or changing manufacturing environments;
- Fluent in Dutch and a good command of English.
