Our client is an international player in the packaging industry. They combine production efficiency with innovative solutions and have an eye for sustainability. To support their further growth, we are looking for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator who can help optimize processes with the aim of taking customer satisfaction and the organization to the next level.

About the job

As Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage your own customer portfolio and be the point of contact for all questions regarding quotes, orders, delivery times, and service. You will be the linchpin: you will maintain an overview, coordinate with various internal teams, and ensure that everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery to the customer.

  • You guide customers through the entire process and ensure concrete and timely follow-up.
  • You accurately track orders and inform customers about the schedule and expected delivery times.
  • You ensure coordination and cooperation with colleagues from Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Design in order to arrive at adequate solutions.
  • You handle customer questions and complaints in a solution-oriented manner, with a focus on proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • You contribute to optimizing processes with the aim of improving efficiency and the internal functioning of the organization.
  • You will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Job requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Supply Chain, Commercial Sciences, etc.) and at least some initial work experience in a production environment.
  • You have a broad interest in Supply Chain and feel comfortable switching between different internal stakeholders: Sales, Production, Logistics, Design…
  • You take a helicopter view and derive satisfaction from coordinating complex processes.
  • You are communicative, have commercial acumen, and diplomatically translate customer needs to the internal organization.
  • You work in a structured and analytical manner and are skilled at setting priorities.
  • You are curious and want to learn more about the technical aspects of packaging solutions and the industry in general.
  • You have an open mind, enjoy working with others, and appreciate a team where collegiality is paramount.
  • You speak Dutch fluently and can express yourself well in French and English.
  • You have experience with ERP and CRM systems.
