For a leading player in reusable packaging solutions, with multiple offices across Europe, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager (Benelux) with a focus within the intralogistics sector.
An important part of this position is proactively developing new customer relationships within intralogistics. You will develop and execute a thoughtful go-to-market strategy. Through cold acquisition, networking and targeted prospecting, you will independently build a strong pipeline of qualified leads. You manage the entire sales process from A to Z: from the first contact moment and presenting solutions to conducting negotiations and successfully closing contracts. You also work closely with technical and operational teams to tailor customized, reusable packaging solutions to customers’ specific needs. You analyze sales results, prepare forecasts and report on your business development activities. You represent the organization at relevant trade shows, events and customer appointments. By closely monitoring market trends, competition and customer insights, you ensure that your approach is increasingly responsive to what the market demands.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of this segment across Europe for the various branches. You will have the freedom and responsibility to build this market segment from scratch. You will work independently to roll out a commercial plan, explore opportunities and establish a solid customer portfolio.
