About the job
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are the point of contact between the warehouse, the office, and customers, ensuring clear and smooth communication.
You are responsible for managing the warehouse and inventory, monitors projects, KPIs, and targets, and ensures proper administrative processing. You help oversee Order, Cleanliness, and Safety in the warehouse and ensures compliance with procedures and regulations.
Together with the Warehouse Supervisors , you’ll ensure that daily warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, while always maintaining an overview of the situation.
Job requirements
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management.
- Initial relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Good working knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Driven and down-to-earth.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- You’re good at handling stress and setting the right priorities.
