About the job
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a large operational team. You will combine people management with a strong commitment to daily logistics operations and ensure that the set objectives are achieved. In addition, you will coach and develop your team, monitor quality and safety, and actively participate in improvement and optimization projects.
Job requirements
- You have experience managing large teams in a logistics or operations environment.
- You are a strong, hands-on leader who knows how to get people on board with objectives.
- Experience with complex HR situations and labor unions is a major asset.
- You are a good communicator, solution-oriented, and confident.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently.
